If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free. 1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items marked as final sale, customized, or perishable are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@trendysuri.com or call us at (928) 348-3677 to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist you with returning the defective or damaged product and offer a replacement or a full refund. Please provide photos of the damage to help expedite the process.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trendysuri.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return according to the policy above.
